Reporting tool on ISA

Postby dekkar » Wed Feb 24, 2010 9:57 pm

Hello, I recently purchased Bsplitter and have it up and running...

I wanted to install the reporting functions on the isa server as well, but its giving me the error that IIS isnt installed.

the server is 2003 and IIS is installed. Is there a workaround to this?

Thanks,
Dekkar

Check if IIS service is running. Maybe it is disabled.
Try to open default web site. Is it displayed without errors?

Hi, I restarted the IIS and it installed OK... (on port 80). When I try to browse to it, I get the "OWA-type" login.

If I try and reinstall it with a different port number, it gives me an error saying the server might not be running or the path exists and is redirected to another machine.

Anyone seen this before?

Are you opening it using address http://localhost/BWReports?

If i use that path, it times out. Looking in IIS, there is a BWReports icon under the Application pools folder.

And the default website is stopped, with no other websites listed. Is this how it should look?

Thanks,

If it is stopped, it just can't work. It should be running if you want to use it.
