Quota Counters

Postby Guest » Thu May 06, 2010 2:45 pm

Although I've searched The forum and saw many topics about my issue but still I've my Problem!
I set the Quota Limitation rule for a domain user but there is nothing shown in the Quota Counters !
the user is a member of the domain an in ISA I added the Computers and user's name and for adding a rules i select the name from computer sets or users set!
In the monitoring section i can see the users IP Address and also his computer name and the bandwidth limitation Is working but no Quota !
which steps I should take to make it right ?
The ISA version is 2006 and the Bandwidth Splitter is 1.07 and a free one but i only have 3-4 client to connect to.
thank you

But you mean this version would not work ?
because for installing the latest version i have to installed the latest ISA service pack too! which makes it a little bit hard for me to download it and install it.
but this version ( 1.07 ) is already installed on my ISA
thanks

It's very old version.

This may be caused by incorrect configuration of quota rules. Monitoring only shows connections for which shaping or quota rule is found.
If these rules apply to users (not IP address sets), make sure ISA access rules are configured to ask user for authentication.
