slow web with shaped rule but no limiting

Hi there,

I've installed v1.32 on ISA 2006 NLB Array, Server 2003 R2 & created a shaping rule that looks for the IP of my test client. Web access is *very* slow, even when I set the speed limit to unlimited.

When I disable the rule and apply changes I instantly get normal speeds
There isn´t antivirus inslalled on the servers
The processor perfomance looks normal
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Sorry for late reply. Does this server use upstream proxy? Can this server resolve external DNS names?
